Main Responsibilities:
- Assist to conceptualize, manage and produce in-house video in any event.
- Assist to manage every production during online/offline streaming in any event
Requirements :
- Semester 6,7,8 in diploma degree/bachelor degree from any field
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Good knowledge of basic rules in video, photography, and production set up (lightning and green or blue screen set up)
- Have good skill in video editing and rendering video software
- Willing to do an internship for 3 months
MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION
- Market Research and prospect new clients by networking and approaching potential prospect/clients
- Selling and Rental product Apartment PT. Pudjiadi Prestige Tbk. and Group, and Achive selling target
- Arrange business meetings, preparing powerpoint presentations and sales display, develop cooperation with clients, follow up progress, contract signing and negotiation
- Provide trustworthy feedback after sales service
- Established a good relationship to the clients
- Responsible for improving consumer database through canvasing, client visit, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min 25 years old - max 40 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Preferably 2 year of working experiences in the hotel field with big customer database
- Can operate computer/laptop/ipad with specification: Ms Office (word, excel, ppt) email, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc
- Strong sales skill (marketing skill, selling skill, negotiation skill, communication skill, and presentation skill) and initiative and creative, good looking person
- Have a passion as Salesperson in the hotel industry

- Identify Culture , Develope & Evaluate marketing strategy
- Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies

- Having 1-2 years experience in related position
